In using the GlobalEscapeRealty.com website, the User is deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements. The "User" and "Client" hereafter refers to the individual accessing the GlobalEscapeRealty.com website and accepts all Global Escape Realty terms and conditions. The "Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us" hereafter refer to JD's Locker, LLC, Global Escape Realty and the administrators of Global Escape Realty.

Terms of Use:

By proceeding with use of GlobalEscapeRealty.com, the User acknowledges abiding by rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. All portions of this website are subject to the terms provided. If the User is not in agreement with the terms of this agreement, the User is requested to refrain from using the Global Escape Realty website and any information herein.

Currency:

Asking price and leasing rates are currently provided in United States Dollars (USD). However, we are implementing a dynamic new system that will allow for pricing and leasing rates to display in the viewer's primary currency based on the ip-address of the user. In example, someone in Europe would likely see prices and rates in Euros; whereas someone in Japan would see pricing displayed in Yen.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrades / Downgrades:

A valid credit card or Paypal account is required for paid plans.

  • An upgrade from the Basic package to a Featured package will be processed and charged immediately. Any additional upgrades or downgrades to paid accounts will be processed immediately, but will not take effect on the user's credit card till the next billing cycle. (I.E. If the user purchased a plan on the first of the month and decided to upgrade or downgrade the 15th of the month; the changes will immediately display as an account change on the 15th of the month, but will not take effect on on the user's credit card until the first of the following month.)
  • All paid plans are automatically billed the first day of every 30-day billing cycle, or until the user cancels their subscription.
  • Paid subscriptions can be canceled at anytime prior to the next billing date via the member's "My Subscription" tab. Upon cancelation, the user is immediately downgraded to "Basic" member status.
  • There will be No Refunds or Partial Credits (pro-rated credits) extended for partial months of service, upgrades / downgrades, or lack of user activity for an extended period of time. All paid packages are non-refundable: no exceptions will be made.
  • All subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by international, national, state or municipal taxing authorities; and you shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties charged

Cancelation Policy:

  • Registered users are solely responsible for canceling your account. An e-mail request to cancel is not considered cancelation.
  • Your paid subscription can be canceled at any time by selecting the "Cancelation" button in the My Subscription section and then confirming the cancelation. If canceled prior to the next billing cycle, you will not be charged the following month.
  • Your registered account can be removed at any time by clicking the "Delete" button in the My Profile section.

Once an account is deleted, all information will be lost. Registration of a new account will be required for participation.

Terminology:

Global Escape Realty offers several options for listing a property: For Sale, For Sale (Foreclosure), For Sale (Short Sale), Short-Term Lease and Long-Term Lease.

  • For Sale: This is a general property listing that is in good standing with the lender or is owned outright.
  • For Sale (Foreclosure): A foreclosure occurs when the lender (bank or secured creditor) seizes the property of a homeowner, usually due to the homeowner not making timely payments on the mortgage.
  • For Sale (Short Sale): A short sale occurs when a property is sold and the lender agrees to accept a discounted payoff, meaning the lender will release the lien that is secured to the property upon receipt of less money than is actually owed.
  • Short-Term Lease: A Short-Term Lease is a vacation or holiday rental that can be reserved for as little as a weekend or as long as a couple of months.
  • Long-Term Lease: A Long-Term Lease is often considered a seasonal or annual rental that covers a period of three or more months. In general, most long-term leases require at least a 6-month commitment.

Disclaimer and Liability:

Global Escape Realty is strictly a property advertising service and does participate in financial transactions between prospective parties (buyers and sellers). We have limited or no control over actuality of the real estate listings that are listed on the Global Escape Realty website and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, nor the authenticity or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for said items, or guarantee under any terms that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Visitors and registered members are encouraged to communicate with the prospective party of the property listing or seek professional advice from a licensed agent or broker prior to entering into an agreement or transaction. Should a User knowingly breach the agreement by entering false information as it pertains to a property listing, Global Escape Realty will take the appropriate actions which include, but are not limited to: removing the information in question and/or terminating the User's membership with Global Escape Realty. We will not be held liable for damages of any sort that could arise from said situation nor shall they be responsible for the refund of payment.

Global Escape Realty is not affiliated with other real estate or property management companies. Therefore we ask that you do not post images affiliated with other companies in your property listings. If affiliations are observed, we may ask you to edit or remove your images. If images are not addressed after a warning has been issued, we reserve the right to remove your listing(s) or terminate your account without notice.

Consent and Conduct Policy:

All users who register with GlobalEscapeRealty.com and list properties must be at least 18-years-old, unless given express consent by site management.

All content posted by the User is expected to be clearly defined and accurate to the best of the User's knowledge. Suggestive or otherwise inappropriate content such as but not limited to the following: profanity, pornography, copyrighted material, discriminatory language, threats of any kind, false identification or information, the act of spamming or harassment of another user will not be tolerated under any terms. If a User believes content to be questionable, the User may flag the content and notify the administrator. If a User is found to be in violation of the Global Escape Realty agreements, it is at the discretion of site management to request the User to amend the comments in question or terminate membership with little or no notice.

Privacy Policy:

GlobalEscapeRealty.com, a service of JD's Locker, LLC, is committed to protecting the User's privacy. All information on our website, with the sole exception of Registration and Payment information is considered public content. Payment information is processed through a secure third-party merchant vendor and not stored within the GlobalEscapeRealty.com database. Registration is kept confidential on the company server database. Only authorized employees may access this information at the discretion of the administrator or administrators of the Global Escape Realty website. JD's Locker, LLC, does not sell or disclose confidential information to companies or private parties of any kind.

In an effort to ensure the security of the User's personal information, Global Escape Realty uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. This encryption protocol guards against fraudulent access to the User's information.

Dispute Policy:

If the User has a dispute of any sort with other Users, that User is required to release the Company from all claims. This includes but is not limited to all types of demands and damages -- actual as well as consequential of every kind and nature, disclosed and non-disclosed, that may arise.

Global Escape Realty reserves the right to amend information without notice at any time.
